Melange Vegetables with Butter and Parsley

The quickest way to do butter and parsley vegetables! Great for a side of plate or buffet option.

INGREDIENTS

750g frozen Edgell Melange Vegetable Mix
200g butter, cut into cubes
20g chopped parsley

METHOD

Cook frozen Edgell Vegetable Mix following packet directions.
Toss through butter and parsley and serve.
